Consultations
Booking a session reserves a specific time. You can cancel or move it using the private link in your confirmation email. TODO(content): confirm the notice period required for a free cancellation.
Copyright
Copyright in all photographs remains with Hamidreza Ghalehei. Commissioning work does not transfer copyright unless a separate written agreement says so.
Licensing
Clients license defined usage rights. Every licence states the permitted media and channels, the geography, the term, and whether it is exclusive. Non-exclusive is the default. Perpetual use and exclusivity are negotiated and priced separately.
Personal projects
Personal documentary work is not automatically available for commercial licensing. Any licence must respect the consent originally given and the context the work was made in.
