What is collected
When you book a consultation, the site stores your name, email address, and — if you provide them — your phone number, organisation, project type and message. It also stores the session time, your timezone, the language you booked in, and the moment you gave consent. When you send a message through the contact form, it stores your name, email, subject and message.
Why
To arrange and confirm your session, to send you the confirmation, reminder and any cancellation or reschedule emails, and to answer your enquiry. Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold or shared with third parties beyond the email service that delivers these messages.
How long it is kept
Booking records are kept while they are needed to run and account for the sessions, and then deleted.
Your control
Every booking email contains a private link that lets you cancel the session and request deletion of the record, without contacting anyone. You can also email directly and ask for your details to be removed.
Photographs
This notice covers data collected through this website. Consent and releases for photographed subjects are handled separately, in the field, and are described on the About page.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A single technical preference — your chosen language — may be stored by the framework so the right version loads.
AI site assistant
If you choose to start a conversation with the AI assistant, your messages and a limited conversation history are processed by OpenRouter and its model providers to prepare a response. Approved site information is also sent as context. The retention period is shown before you start. Do not put confidential information, email addresses or phone numbers in chat. Contact details entered in the separate follow-up form are stored as a contact request and are not included in model prompts. A secure browser cookie lets you continue your conversations; deleting chat history removes conversations, summaries, feedback and unanswered questions for that browser, but does not cancel bookings or delete separately submitted contact requests. Anonymous usage totals may remain. Contact us to request deletion of a submitted contact request.
