What is collected
When you book a consultation, the site stores your name, email address, and — if you provide them — your phone number, organisation, project type and message. It also stores the session time, your timezone, the language you booked in, and the moment you gave consent. When you send a message through the contact form, it stores your name, email, subject and message.
Why
To arrange and confirm your session, to send you the confirmation, reminder and any cancellation or reschedule emails, and to answer your enquiry. Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold or shared with third parties beyond the email service that delivers these messages.
How long it is kept
Booking records are kept while they are needed to run and account for the sessions, and then deleted. TODO(content): confirm the retention period you want stated here.
Your control
Every booking email contains a private link that lets you cancel the session and request deletion of the record, without contacting anyone. You can also email directly and ask for your details to be removed.
Photographs
This notice covers data collected through this website. Consent and releases for photographed subjects are handled separately, in the field, and are described on the About page.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A single technical preference — your chosen language — may be stored by the framework so the right version loads.
